Three Arrested in Rochester Drug House Raid
ROCHESTER, N.H. – A coordinated law enforcement operation in Rochester resulted in the arrest of three individuals at a residence suspected of drug activity. The operation was conducted by the United States Marshals Service (USMS) District of New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, with assistance from the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office and the Rochester Police Department.
The arrests took place at 55 Lafayette Street, where officers had observed Remy Lopez, 39, engaging in suspected drug transactions. Lopez was the primary target of the operation, wanted on a federal arrest warrant issued January 29 for 11 violations of federal supervised release conditions related to a 2019 fentanyl distribution conviction.
Upon entering the residence, law enforcement officers found seven people inside, with six attempting to hide in the basement or an attached barn. Among those taken into custody were Tyler Emery, 31, and Damia Green, 23. Emery had outstanding warrants, including theft and failure to appear on a felon in possession charge, while Green was arrested on theft and unauthorized taking charges.
Lopez and Brittany Adjutant, 34, attempted to escape through a doggy door leading to the barn but surrendered after officers forced entry. Lopez was transported to U.S. District Court for arraignment, and Adjutant was taken to a medical facility for treatment unrelated to the operation. Charges against two unidentified females found at the scene are pending.
This is the second law enforcement action at the Lafayette Street residence in two weeks. On January 15, three individuals were arrested at the same location on outstanding warrants.
"We value the partnerships this department has with our regional and federal agencies, and we are pleased to see the results of these partnerships positively influencing the Rochester community," said Rochester Police Chief Gary Boudreau.
